Okay so I didn't love the trailer but there's a couple things that made me laugh in this thread. First, to the nikkas saying give the rights back to Marvel, you fakkits know who you are, I find that to be hilarious given that X2, First Class and DOFP are all better than most of the MCU catalogue outside of the first Iron Man and the Cap movies. :ehh:

You nikkas on Marvel's sack really gotta get a life. :manny:

Also, this cast is still dope as fukk. I think Isaac, McAvoy and Fassbender gonna be great. I like the looks of Psylocke and Jubilee and Storm too.

I HOPE this isn't the J-Law show. It does appear that she has too much of an influence over the others :why:

Maybe it's just me but the whole premise seems very uninteresting with this cast. I feel like apocalypse would be a much better villain once this current X-men universe is more established. It still feels like the Xmen are still in its baby phase. Compared to all the other X-men movies it feels like the X-men B or even C team vs Apocalypse. I would have been more interested with a slightly smaller scale villain/villains that could show the young X-men and the school grow into what we invision them to be, but instead Apocalypse, one of the biggest baddest dude in the Xmen gallery gets thrown at them before they've even finished high school.

Apocalypse is literally a villain that Fox could have utilized at any time. But I think "these" X-Men are not the ones you want fighting against a villain like Apoc, atleast not this early in their development. None of them at least from the trailer seem like trained, battle harden X-Men that you would want to see go up against Apoc.
Quoting for truth. :salute:

Marvel hasn't exactly hit home runs as far as villains go. The only weak links Fox has in the X-Men franchise is Wolverine Origins and X3. I'm still going to see it but so far Apocalypse the character from what I've seen IMO is meh. My man was born in ancient Egypt, but sounds like you could find him on a random street corner in Europe waxing poetic.
