the 1st X-Men was the one that put Marvel on filmly on the MAP (Blade wasn't even promoted as a Marvel Universe film). It set the actual blueprint that we have today in this comic book genres. X2 by all means is a CLASSIC. 1st Class was his vision that reignited the franchise. So, everything that had Singers fingerprints on in regards of X-Men been gold. So, I am very ready for this.

restated for emphasis...

It's funny cause they will find a way to make sure Wolverine is in this next film. If you think about it, outside of "1st Class" the entire X Men Film Saga has been told through Wolverine Perspective. He's basically the Lead of the series. As for Apocalypse being black, he started out in Egypt so yeah wouldn't be shocked.

He was egyptian. He's a black man stop it

It wouldn't mattered. He was a mutant 1st and foremost. 2nd, he was REJECTED from his own race because of it. In other words, even if he IS technically African, he is NOT going to LOOK AFRICAN.

It's kind of funny to look back on this thread and count the L's :heh:

X-Men is back, no Magic :noah:
The trailers really did it no justice . Made it seem like we were going back to the x2 days ( which was a great movie for the time ) but since then we've gotten high quality xmen movies and singers made a bunch of mediocre movies . Also the beast makeup is much better this time around . :leon: to the forgotten xmen returning at the end of the movie

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
"Days of Future's Past" made right all the wrongs of the previous installments timeline. Bryan Singer tied up well. "X Men: Apocalypse" will still feature the 1st Class cast along with Wolverine.

but the continuity of all of the movies is still fukked up. It's like they know the First 3 were fukked up but aint nothing they can do about it. All they could do is make better ones and try to work around the previous fukkery. The Wolverine origins shouldn't have been made. Fortunately because the last 2 X-Men was done well they can conceivably move forward and build with the newer/younger cast.
