This season should have just been X-Men vs Bastion and the sentinel. But they want to throw in so much material like Magneto’s story it’s become a mess.

They built up Bastion for 90% of the season and then after 1 episode in which he’s revealed it’s now about Magneto destroying the world and The X-Men trying to stop him

They have to stop Magneto first, then stop Bastion. They are fighting both.

Magneto should have nothing to do with the storyline as a villain.

His involvement has done nothing but undercut Bastion's story and Bastion as the villain. Bastion who was being built up for the entire season.

They've done what The Fox movies were criticized for. Which was have a non Magneto villain for 90% of the story, have Magneto as an ally for 90% and then have Magneto turn on the X-Men and make it about Magneto vs The X-Men.

There are soo many stories..

Some of dopest scenes are the ones I hear yall complaining about . As far as the storylines being rushed..

We aren't guaranteed 10 seasons of this shyt so to stretch out these stories makes no sense.

As long as they can make these episodes into an amalgamation of many storylines then shyt good job..


Yall really sound like them "Lord of the Rings / Game of Throne" snobs complaining that shyt don't follow the book.

Magneto is not right, instead of him going after Bastion who told him he killed all those people he is hurting everybody else having a tantrum. He had a temporary solution that was right for the moment in shutting down the prime sentinels and now he is taking it too far.

Happens all the time when people with just causes to be violent/retaliatory, let their emotions get the best of them, and damage other people/things outside of the main cause of oppression. Why Magneto let other humans, mutants, and even animals suffer and potentially be wiped out just cause of some bigoted humans against mutants?

You really think with him being in the room with all those figures on in those monitors agreeing with bastion giving him money on the low with the agreement of the u.n. he would be rational about everything???
