Yes you are. And illiterate too. Never said anything about their downfall I spike about projections to the money being made on the current product YOU claim is trash. But I get it. It bothers you when someone doesnt fall in line with what you want to hear. Its ok. You clearly have some emotion behind this. Itll be ok. Theyll still be around for years at worst. No more tears

You got it buddy :salute:

Thats the part that puzzles me and these other dudes dont get. They sold the WHOLE library to peacock here. The issue is as tv and media changes the golden era of WWE wont be as attractive to the younger fanbase which have begun to tune out. So where does the revenue come from going forward. Its not a sustainable business model and if they arent selling then once Nick Khan sees the money drying up he will dip and then they are really up shyts creek. This legit happens all the time.

Did they really "sell the WHOLE library"? I thought it was a 5 year deal?

I made the mistake of thinking NBC owned the content too but it's a multi year deal with WWE retaining rights so they still have that library going for them

They also have that they aren't just a TV show and their live event sales are strong, so even if they didn't grow anymore TV viewers, the merch and gate sales are still attractive for someone to look into buying them. They have enough there to still be okay even if they didn't sell to Disney or whoever.

Marks talking about billion dollar deals like its bad thing now…i thought wwe was failing? I thought by xmas aew was gona beat raw every week

:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

ive never seen a fan base do mental gymnastics its fukkN hilarious…

It’s all cap. WWE is down bad. Fox is unhappy with their deal, NBC deal is a flop because the WWE network was better, and the saudis ain’t even paying.

Just you wait, in 5 years when AEW signs their 7 zillion dollar Apple TV deal, WWE will go out of business

Its a streaming deal. Its for 5 years yes but the issue us if Peacock doesnt retain it and doesnt improve their own finances, WWE may not get as good of an offer next time and may need to shop around. Their content is definitely the best asset they have. Well see what happens
