Ive been to Mexico, and various South American countries. Where some people are pitch black, but would rather die, than be considered "black."
but carry on

Because of white supremacy, but of course you'll ignore that... :snoop:

possible advantages? i'm not living in abstract poverty, breh. if there were no advantages here, africans wouldn't be trying to get to western countries.

if you feel there's no benefits to living here, why haven't you moved to africa? simple question

You're not living in abstract poverty because of your own doing, but rather because of the white man.

Stop acting like US is the #1 superpower in the world because of the black people living there.

I refuse to refer to another male as a "man" if he's dependent on another man's entire existence for his survival.

because the energy spent creating a new language to avoid using the white mans words or classification could be better spent.
Exactly. So why not just accept the concept of race and the classifications as they are and play the hand that we're dealt? Trying to redefine black or create a new term for people of African descent is a waste of energy. Those already classified/seen as black need to unite around a code or pledge of allegiance to black empowerment, the same way that people classified as white have done.

They get berated by who?

Forget what you've heard outside of America, question is have you even been outside of America? :sodomites:

You're making this up.. no we do not "prefer" to identify by tribe/culture/nationality. Us Africans already know that we are black, we just tend to be more nationalistic because we're proud of where we come from , so you're damn right I'm gonna be on the frontline telling everybody that I am Team243 all day everyday :sodomites: . Unless of course you have a problem with Africans identfying by tribes and thus showing the world how diverse Africa is :theauthority:

I know its a strange concept for AA's since most of yall don't know your country of origin but this is how we roll over here :theauthority:
:mindblown: fukk is talking bout, just crying to cry. u know what that man was saying

No, they are the furthest genetically from sub Saharan Africans than any other race.
That's what I heard.

To me they look more Indian than black.

Could be similar to Indians because India was one the 1st places homosapiens migrated to outbof Africa.

I think people tend to confuse similar evolutionary features with being apart of the same race.

E.g. some people think samoans / Tongans/ Hawaiians are black because they're darker, have curly to nappy hair and prominent noses. But those are just evolutionary features. Evolutionary laws don't allow a group of people that have lived in hot tropical climate for thousands of years to be pale skinned and red haired. Just doesn't fit the environment

Internalized racism, and certain groups wanting to distance themselves as far as possible from blackness is a myth.
Spread the word everybody.:beli:

No, you said you experienced this personally in your travels (obvious bullshyt :duck:). It's not like there aren't plenty of Dencias in America.

Doesn't Rayven Simone (world famous public figure) hate being called black? Does she speak for black America? Does Ben Carson (African American legend and presidential candidate) or Jesse Lee Peterson? Of course not.
