People like to use immigrants as an example to shame others by saying they're coming here with nothing and getting far ahead, but truth is many of them are coming here with a loaded ABET-accredited education - that was free to attain with zero school loans. Mexico for example got one of the highest engineer-growing grad rates next to Switzerland.
Many colleges around the world now hold to the same STEM gold standard that we have here in order to get recognized by ABET officially:

Well, those people have entered the job market recently, are now entering the job market or will enter the job market.
It's very common in engineering to put Universities on the same level as each other as long as they have the ABET credential. Been that way for decades.
That means a $200k USC education is basically the same as any local, state and now international college.
Older people didn't have to deal with this level of competition where an engineering degree from a local state college is now in direct competition with someone who went to school and finished with the same degree at Instituto Tecnologico de Aguascalientes.
So an immigrant will come here with a loaded education and not the burden of an $80k college debt for an advanced degree. They can put every single dollar they earn to use right away and each of those dollars can be used to pull in an exponential investment. That's a tremendous head start.

The problem is it's impossible to give everyone the same standard of living. There's billions of people kicked off of farms by mechanization and more effecient farming practices.
Take my Girlfriend for instance she grew up in jungled backwater completely off grid. Her hands are rougher than mine because she used to harvest sugarcane as a child. She now lives in the city at a call center making 600 dollars a month. She has a Iphone 12 Pro Max. I didn't buy it for her she bought herself with money that she made while working in the states. I couldn't talk her out of getting it.
For all intents and purposes she should be in here little town on the Pacific coast but now she's in the city and wants a Car. There are literally billions of people like her. Global marketing is extremely effective people in the developing world don't even think about buying a luxery SUV but damn every woman in the world really really really wants an Iphone.
The problem is meeting the demand for all those Iphones.

I could be wrong in the sense that the money printed for COVID was absorbable but I'm writting this in Colombia, I wouldn't be here If I wasn't getting a retirement check.
That too people don't take COVID seriously because they never posted the global numbers of people who died. I know that would be a rough estimate but if you don't know anyone personally who died you'd think it wasn't that serious.

You're not wrong, but a lot of people are not going to be able to afford the maintenance and upkeep of an RV especially a cheap used one which will probably already require money to be thrown into it as is.
