Man people go to work to gossip. I'm of the belief, that aside from exchanging emails, with clients, a lot "work" for a day can done in like 45-90 minutes. The rest of time its just people bsing around.
If I could work on my own terms, I would get to the office early at 6am when there's no traffic then leave by 12 or 1pm, when there's still no traffic.

I typically haven’t had people my age working with me until now. I was usually the youngest breh in the office. Now when I worked in a manufacturing plant it was wild cuz I was the only salaried breh in my 20s. But when I walked onto the floor there were a bunch of women my age.
I knocked down a few temps.
only time shyt got hot was when I let the baddest (yet messiest) chick top me off for 5 mins at the crib. She got mad I didn’t want to be with her and tried to tell all the other women I had a lil dikk. 
then I had to deal with grown women checking my pants for meat imprints during work. 
Not gonna lie shyt had me in a bind because I’d have to smash more chicks to erase any negative perception but it wasn’t worth it. All those factory chicks were on my dikk regardless.
Since I’ve been in offices, either there are no cute black women my age or I’ve been way too indifferent to pay anybody any attention.
