When the guy reciprocates and they change up, they go to HR and complain about him and try to get him in trouble. They all follow the same playbook.

shyt is crazy cuz some job want more hours than that. Max should be 6 hours. You literally can't concentrate pass that. I'm done with long ass hours. I tell them from the gate if you're looking for somebody willing to work 10-12 hour days I'm not the man for the job.

I usually ignore advances, because I don't like the aftermath of dealing with ex hookups in the workplace. It's rarely productive.
Problem is when I ignore advances, it usually turns into stalking through my social media outlets(which are well hidden) and voicemails on my cell phone about hooking up.
Truth is when you're mysterious and lowkey, people try harder to get noticed.

Leave it alone they likely thrive off attention. Stop giving them that shyt because they’re the first ones to go to HR talking about you made them “uncomfortable in the workplace”
In the event they reciprocate, if the relationship ends badly now you have to worry about her fukking up your money still out of spite

Those women didn't know the art of subtlety and some were in competition so the fangs were out. Always in his face/space, falling all over themselves to get his attention, asking him stupid/baseless questions, their touches lingering too long/in the wrong places - pecs, bicep, etc. I mean I get it - The dude was sharp/articulate, high position/paid, chiseled handsome, had an awesome build/physique and could hang a suit. It was quite amusing to watch honestly. He started traveling more frequently, moved to another office 45 minutes away, then became remote but still attended teleconferences, etc.
The women in the building are some bonafied neck breakers & could tempt a snake. Either he kept his nose clean/was seriously about preserving his rep/$$$ or he was discreet as hell!
BTW - I hated when he would chat me up: Anyone who saw him would try to befriend me afterwards when before it was that fake shyt-eating grin & hyper good mornings!!!

Well, I'm single so this don't apply to me but I recently worked at nursing home doing environmental services and the amount of p*ssy I had thrown at me from women that were in relationships...

I had the wife of the owner of the company flirting with me hardcore. She was 20 years younger than her husband. Had these big beautiful titties, nice body and cute face. So we'd flirt on the regular until one day she put me on the spot asking over IM if I was flirting with her. I was too scary to leave evidence that I was and making sure I wasn't misreading the situation and just cut the shyt off saying I'd never do that to the owner. I don’t want to get into too many details for certain reasons but I remember a particular scenario a number of years ago with a certain married woman who was getting smashed by a colleague for months, and she had the audacity to invite him to her housewarming.
Her husband and the colleague sharing laughs in this man’s house. The husband talking about how much he likes the guy and opens up a bottle of his expensive scotch to share. Whole time he doesn’t know that his wife is this dude’s personal pornstar, doing all types of shyt she never does with him in their bed.
I’m just watching the whole thing like “this man has no idea how little respect his wife has for him”
If her husband ever saw some of the texts she sent the colleague, he would either commit that or go on a homicidal rampage.
