With the good execution of TLOU, what shows do you think deserve the prestige TV series treatment

RDR would be great, people enjoy westerns, the characters, drama, betrayal, action. It’s all there
Horizon done right would be gawdly.

Red Dead Redemption without a doubt. There’s an easy 3-4 seasons of content there between the 2 games

Street Fighter could work...if it was JUST focused on the ADVENTURES OF RYU.
Think of Kung Fu, or The Mandelorian.
Episode one starts with Ryu and Ken as kids being trained by Gouken, and Gouki being exiled for accepting Satsui No Hado. It jumps ahead to SF alpha aged Ken and Ryu trainkng with Dan by Gouken. Gouetsu and Gouki return, and they "kill" Gouken.
Ryu then starts the nomadic life, working to get stronger, looking for people to train with and under, and eventually hearing about the world warrior tournament. His only goal is to get strong enough to avenge Gouken. He eventually faces Sagat and scars him in a season finale, and sagat tells him that Gouki has entered the tournament.
Don't focus on any of the Shadowloo stuff other than if he's facing someone who works for Bison, you see logos and hear about it.

You're in the minority thinking the show is mid
The show is about a 9/10 for me... and i have like 80+ hours in both TLOU1 (7-8 years ago) and TLOU2. Tho, like what someone else mentioned... the TLOU games themselves were already cinematic masterpieces woven into the game play.
It also translates to tv smoothly bc it's still real-world physics and landmarks; a semi-post apocalyptic version of modern America probably isn't cheap to replicate but you don't have to over-rely on CGI like you would with a Halo, Mass Effect, GoW, or Horizon Zero Dawn show.

I would like to see The Getaway for the ps2 get a mini series or something

Think GQ from juice. Except that’s the main focus. Have it not just be about the music. Have it include bs that be happening in these peoples lives. In the hopes of not being just a local DJ anymore (like GQ in Juice). Competition is tough. Maybe make it a different main character/story every season. And of course the mixes that are created are from a large library of old, new, and even unreleased songs (many unreleased songs) from the most popular musicians in the world. Have the DJ’s really try to figure out each other’s strategy and what not. Show montages of them putting mixes together before matches. Again the DJ doesn’t have to even be the main focus of the show. But when it’s there. Have it be the most exciting part of the show because of the music selection, the mashups/mixes, and the unreleased material should be something people look forward to. Even after the show since they can probably release some of the tracks on streaming platforms.
