I can watch Winter Soldier and Civil War forever. They hold up very well.

I can't rate it above The Dark Knight though. I knew the stakes weren't that high with WS.
In TDK, Heath's Joker had me legit nervous because you didn't know who he was going to body within the scene

That's very true. The Oscars respect fantasy films more than comic book movies. At the 2004 Oscars Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King won 11 Oscars including Best Picture.
