Try creating stable family units? Health and nutrition are hallmarks of stable families that teach good nutritional habits growing up. Children are active and being fed healthy home cooked meals instead of trash fast food.

Smh God helps those who help themselves. With that said, buy stock in healthcare, specifically those diabetic centers, I see them popping up in hoods and its gonna boom in the next 20 as those sugary alcoholic concoctions and late night waffle house trips start to pile up...

I feel like if people didn't exaggerate up their gym going on social media and stuff, people would be less interested in posting gym selfies when they aren't really in there doing shyt (this isn't just women either lol) and a pic of the "healthy meals" they eat between eating like shyt
I feel like the focus on health is really superficial right now, like people are more interested in being seen as fit and healthy rather than actual wellness
people are out here doing the bare minimum or less with no real knowledge of nutrition thinking that they are healthy because of all tgs half truths and misinfo on social media

Many people in America are unhealthy. But somehow blk women have been burdened with the stereotype of being the fattest. If no one else is aware of the inaccurate findings on this matter, I'll come back and post some updates.
