If you introduce APOCALYPSE properly and do the storyline with Stryfe/technovirus and Jean/Cyke properly u got a surefire hit.

that fox apocalypse from few years back isnt my apocalypse:to::to:

The issue with Apocalypse is that you need a minimum of 4 movies to even approach telling his story in a satisfying manner. And you can’t really backdoor him like Thanos, where his presence is felt, but not necessary to drive the story.

Who even has a reasonable shot at doing it? The MCU probably isn't capable of making another villain at that level as most of their's have fallen flat. It'll have to be DC right?
as other people have said, if they do Doctor Victor Von Doom right then yes
In terms of sheer scope Galactus could be up there

its the same issue with any villain tbh if u want him to have some personality etc.

id do xmen 1 movie with magneto/ sinister and apocalypse back in the cut plotting on some :demonic:

xmen 2 they fighting apocalypse ends with young cable being kidnapped in the end by stryfe and xmen 3 they going to the moon and apocalypse helps em out. in the end he double crosses em and final big battle. something like that :sas1:

And Joker didn't? :hhh: Nobody has that shyt in high regard because of Batman.
It was an amazing performance but again beyond the surprise of it what's there?

Thanos threw his beloved daughter a character he had a real soft spot for off a cliff because his misguided mission demanded it of him. It hurt his heart but he did it.

Joker is a mad man who's only entertainment value is what crazy thing will he do next?

Joker wasn't the main character of The Dark Knight like Thanos was of Infinity War.

Killmonger and Ledger’s Joker are the GOAT villains to me because they wanted things on a smaller and more relatable scale compared to Thanos. Joker wanted chaos and to push his enemy to break his code, and Killmonger wanted to upend a society and spark a worldwide revolution.

I liked Thanos a lot but the whole “destroy all living things in the universe” angle has been done to death and you know the good guys will win (eventually). I know Thanos did technically succeed but still. The best villains to me change how the heroes think/act rather than just inspire them to defeat the bad guy.

Interesting point... But to be fair he did change the way they think/act as well as the audience. You forget that the avengers hated each other after civil war. Thanos made everyone look past their differences to try and preserve mankind.

He didnt want to destroy the universe he was trying to save it the only way he thought he knew how.. If you wanna say thats played out fine, but speaking of Killmonger how is upending society and taking over the world not completely "done to death"?:heh:

I’d have Sinster’s company be around and make him the big bad of #3. Then treat #4 like infinity war and functionally make Apocalypse the protagonist while he gathers the 4 horsemen. And then his downfall in #5. And then actually be building up Phoenix during these movies so you can move right into that saga.

If Done correctly, Galactus could top him. Same with Dr Doom. But if I remember correctly didnt MCU say they aren't doing another ultimate final boss type villain?

DC has a slew of iconic villains but they dont know how to make live action movies and im not sure they ever will.

The moment Batman put hands to him he folded like a cheap suit. Batman was never personally pushed to the limits and in the end he didn’t even want to kill him or hurt him, he just wanted to troll him

This response makes zero sense. Did u even watch the same movie as the rest of us?

Or are you such a MCU homer you have to make stuff up lol

Batman wasn’t pushed to his limits or didn’t want to kill him...do u not remember the bike/street scene wit Joker screaming HIT ME

Batman almost went thru wit it.

It’s one thing if you like Thanos more that’s fine. Everyone is entitled to they opinion. But you just talking lies son

That’s true, I can’t argue this. I guess I’m just burnt out on the large scale fate of the universe scenarios. I’ve liked the smaller scale movies.

I felt like Killmonger wanted to start a revolution rather than take over the world. He was trying to provide weapons to oppressed people so they could rise up but I don’t remember him talking about ruling the world or anything though I may be wrong.

I am being reality, Killmonger is top 5 as far as mainstream populace is concerned. No one gives a shyt what the nerd community or comic bookies thinks about that.

That's why any villain (or hero) can be GOAT tier with the right writer/director was the point being made

Not about the nerd community, just the fact that your initial point was "nobody knew he was top 5 until.." was due to the fact that he just simply was not top 5 until the movie. Also, the nerd/comic bookies are the reason the movies are even here, guy.

You secondary point is sound tho, about anyone can be written to be great tho. Vulture wasn't really that ill either until the Homecoming movie.
