And Harry left that in the notebook??? Like they should've expected Jamal's brother to be tailing them, and that's why they had the back up car???

Daniel Kaluuya the best black actor out right now. Dude got next.
Movie was dope. One of my favorite scenes was when Colin Farrell just finished his speech in the hood and they were riding home down 47th st. That was shot in real time and it shows how quickly the blocks change from grimey to Kenwood mansions in the same district. I wasn't expecting the political angle. It gave the film a lot of depth.

I thought this was a great social commentary on local politicians and the inner city but a mediocre heist movie. I was way more engaged with all the political stuff and got bored with most of the stuff related to the heist. Didn’t expect that to happen
Please enlighten us, about what the diner scenes was about? Because I was confused. Did Viola cut her out of the money? Why was there beef?

Just my opinion
Viola throughout the movie told them they would never see each other again after the heist because it was one of the rules in her husbands rule book, no new friends
So when Viola and Alice made eye contact in the diner they were to act like they didn't know each other based on the rules
Viola realizing that Liam Neeson was not the guy she thought so his rules don't mean shyt, she breaks the rules and says hi to Alice to strike up a friendship since she's lost everything else (husband, son, etc)

Well Optimus prime basically summed it up.
She had said after the job they were going there separate ways. There was no beef, everyone got paid.
They did have that moment where they slapped each other and bonded when they realized they were both alone.
At the end after they are trying to ignore each other she was like fukk it got nobody else to talk to.
