From the little I've heard of Haitian, I'd say the nikka was infiltrated/recruited or whatever they do a long time ago.
And I preciate the nikka who dropped a lil knowledge on the biggest fear many in the industry had which is: Black artists and moguls stopped beefing and formed their own distribution chains! Because that would have been the beginning of REAL power.

Kelly's manager at one time and was a multimillionaire contractor whom first made the attempt to create the Black Distribution network but got hemmed up in another "alleged" cocaine conspiracy that got him jammed up for 100 years and ironically not only lost R. Kelly to Barry Hankerson whom Haitian Jack rode the coatails of to get into this industry......
Meech said the other day in that allhiphop interview , the feds had him on the radar since 1990!!.....but it was evident as an industry cat told me that Meech appearing on that SMACK DVD in Mayor Diaz of Miami wasn't a good look.....unless he was conforming to their "type of politics" which didn't do anything to empower the urban community ..just look up the Arthur Teele scandal in Overtown ....
even the Henchmen issue of him getting snatched up by the feds....and i'm not hear to defend the guy (cause i don't know the story)...but it's very coincidental that his arrest comes on the heels of Henchmen aligning himself with the newly elected President of HAITI

the dude in my avatar "DUDAS" is from Jamaica, his case parallels the Meech case in so many ways, reggae artists basically worshipped the ground this guy walks on....the EASTERN FEDERAL JUDICIAL COURT in NYC brought up cocaine charges dating back to 1990 against Dudas, ironically at the time when the Obama administration biggest foriegn donar Butch Stewart ceo of Air Jamaica and Sandals resort took an issue with Dudas having a "ghost position" as head of JAMPRO the jamaican governmet promotional agency which oversees alot of campaigns to bring tourist dollars to the island...along with the fact Stewart has been trying to turn TIVOLI GARDENS which happens to be Dudas stomping ground and headquarters into a casino/resort
to sum it all up...............A N1CCA WHO WAS IN THE STREETS CAN NEVER GO MAINSTREAM OR "CLEAN HIMSELF UP" without CONFORMING or becoming a TOOL for the THE SYSTEM.
