It a numbers game getting started. Just put every program you ever touched in your resume and put out hella applications.

U gonna have to deal with Indians and they probably not gonna hire u. they gatekeep. Eventually ull get someone without an accent then u have a chance.

They do that when there is a lot of talent to pick over. When there isn't, the requirements get looser.

As someone has said, they don't have to spend the resources in training you.

I look on indeed every job i look at have like 70 apps in a few days. People out here hungry

Because they are not really looking to give anybody the job breh.

They post jobs to inflate their job numbers.

The government can say so many jobs were created.......

but they don't tell you how many jobs were actually filled.

People really don't realize how much the general public is being played out here.

I saw it first hand play out years ago. Company I was working for offered a job, had interviews, and still didn't fill the job. It wasn't a crazy position, and could have been filled by any of the people applying.

It's still trash, and Trump isn't going to save it, but he has his purpose.

Certain fields are going through a correction because of the amount of bloat they have. What I do isn't laying off at all, matter of fact they are trying to steal people from other places because there isn't enough of us to keep up with demand. Tech is BLOATED and has been for some time.
