Why the fukk do entry level jobs require YEARS of experience?

I've always said this. Of course, I got negged to death on Reddit when I made a similar thread.

Back when it was mostly whites getting college degrees, it was the only requirement. Then it became about having master's degrees. Then it became about having certs. Then it became about having work experience. Jobs can't flat-out say "no nikkas", so they make it as difficult and as chaotic as possible to obfuscate and gatekeep. Even if most white people get rejected and a small number of minorities get through for appearance purposes, they'll achieve their goal of keeping companies majority white.
