This is true, I was recently called out by 1 of my co-workers for this. I wasn't complaining about black women at all. I was joking with another 1 of my co-workers, he was talking about 1 of the new Puerto Rican chicks that's always at my desk. He said something to the effect that these black women better tighten up. I jokingly said "These Spanish chicks be choosing." A cool ass older black lady that works on my team hit me with the then named 8 black chicks at work that liked me but I didn't fukk with. I was . When I sat back and thought about it I knocked down 2 of them but didn't really deal with any of them because I didn't really find them attractive enough or they were boring. These were all college educated black women 3 have Masters Degrees, all are single with no kids, and make good money. That list reads like some of the lists guys here post in those dumb ass Treyvanthian threads .The problem is I live in Atlanta and its so many chicks. If I aint feeling a chick its. Its so easy to get good looking women here. Me, my cousins, and a few of my boys were tailgating at the Falcons and Saints game on Sunday and we had 3 groups of women around us low key competing. shyts crazy, we wasn't even doing it big. We ain't have shyt but a few packs of brats, cole slaw, chips, a 32 inch, and several bottles. Long story short, I agree people need to focus on those that like them and vice versa.

I've never came across so many bytch made ass black males until the explosion of social media because some of the shyt yall type is straight up retarded. So let me get this straight...even though black women are surpassing black men in almost every category imaginable...all they want for the most part are drug dealers, ballers, and thugs? If were going to be honest with ourselves the problem has never been about black women. Its about black men who think they deserve a miracle watts caliber black women who show them no attention instead of focusing on the average black women who are more on their level. White, asian, and latina hoes are materialistic too and lots of them especially the Latina hoes and certain Asians like thugged out dudes too. everyone young has unrealistic expectations for a mate. that's just how shyt is when you are young man.

I agree though, black men/women know we have great potential, so we have high expectations for a partner and I hope it continues to go up. that's good...we should expect more from each other.

I just don't like the people who get with you once you have money.Only thing is that you have to be discern whether a partner has potential and has the willingness/ambition to be successful because I think you should stick with someone through the thick n thin.

A lot of young black women....at least majority of the attractive ones have a type....the same way men like pretty girls with curves, breasts and booty....they like bad boys/swagged up dudes. I have a theory that BW don't care for the middle guys. They want one end or the other end. Extreme polarity. On one end is the rich ballers. They can be rappers, athletes, actors, doctors, lawyers, the lames they dissed before who are now successful. Any black dude with money. On the other end are the broke dudes. They broke as fukk but, they fulfill a physical requirement they crave. They have a big dikk. They're a bad boy. They have the arrogant swag they love. They're handsome. These dudes are broke but, fulfill one of those requirements. BW deal in polarity....rich nikka or poor bad boy. Now........the middle guys. The average guys. The nikkas who don't fit the status quo for what a black man is supposed to be is shyt out of luck. He's a lame. He doesn't have the natural physical qualities black women crave (thugs, bad boys, pretty boys, swag boys). The only chance he has is to come up financially but, that's years away. My theory is ALOT of black men fall into "the middle guy" zone which is why you hear so many successful black guys say the same story.

As others have said, it's much much easier for that average middle guy to get a woman of another race. She sees your potential. She's not tryna to date the next Wiz Khalifa. A lot of things that's lame to our women is normal to them. I'm rambling now but, I want to add this, I remember one of my roommates had a girl. Let's call him Lamont. The girl he was seeing looked like Victoria Allure (porn broad). My roommate was the kinda cat a lot chicks would love. Player. Arrogant. Swag. Anyway, girl was head over heels for him. She'd come over and cook all us (4 suite mates) dinner. She'd vacuum clean the spot. She'd buy that nikka shiit all the time. I remember asking him where his girl was at once and he was like "don't call that bytch my girl nikka We just cool". This broad would bend over backward for duke and obviously thought they were in a relationship while this nikka could care less. I looked at her with disgust eventually cuz I know she gonna be that chick that says nikkas ain't shyt or there's no good men 10 years from now when she spent her prime chasing dudes like him. No shade being thrown at my roommate. I ain't want her. I forgot her name already. It just made me disgusted nonetheless.
