And that shyt looked smoother than any play Lebulldozer has ever made:deadmanny:

This is what I'm talking about. Keeping it 100 y'all Bron lovers are suspects. When people talk about scorers AESTHETICS IS A HUGE PART OF THE CONVERSATION. Always has been. Always will be.:yeshrug:

It's worth mentioning that pre-Golden State Durant's crazy scoring efficiency never really translated to the playoffs. One of thos realgm cats was breaking it down, and basically he didn't really respond well to physical play and his shot selection and decision making became way more suspect

Which is why I never rated him better than Curry. KD has severe problems with double teams

It was nothing crazy about that play lol basic stutter step between the legs into a short jumper

Only reason it’s iconic is because it was against Bird in his 63 point game

Sorry Bron 6’8 250 he don’t move like a 6’6 195 lb. guard :mjlol:

Bron has scored in every way possible and that’s facts

The way you view scoring is off aesthetics and you a barber shop talk nikka

Ima ride with the nikka that’s gonna give me 40 in a game 7 :manny:

Philly bouls, Trust the Process
Bron's ability to score is underrated by some of yall. He doesn't need the fancy moves and an elite jumper if he's unstoppable heading to the rim, can ignite transition opportunities, etc.

I'm not gonna call him a better pure scorer than KD, but the gap isn't as wide as some may make it out to be either, especially when it seems like KD doesn't totally utilize his talents to the fullest extent as often as you'd like to see him do it

Yeah this don’t get talked about

This is where KD’s being 6’11 sorta hurts him dealing with double teams with a high dribble and long sweeping crossover. His decision making becomes more suspect and he becomes more predictable jumpshot happy and turnover prone

LeBron is better at reading defenses and making adjustments to how he is being played

You are once again dismissing LeBron as a brute

LeBron is up there because on top of being a brute he is immensely skilled with high I.Q. and is a tough shot maker

This is why some people still underestimate his talent. Theyll dismiss a Bron layup without understanding what it took to get himself in position to get the shot in the first place. Dude is constantly calculating where every defender will end up before plays even develop.

By the time he even begins his drive hes already deduced who will and won't be in position to rotate & contest his "bum ass layup" before he even gets to the rim to finish. They can't process so they just call it skill-less bully ball. Even with defenders draped on him he still has the unbelievable touch and focus to finish at full speed every time. He's long processed who will be able to collapse on him when he gets there and from what angle, so he knows what type of contact, when to tense up mid-air, or when to stay fluid to make sure he finishes the bucket; the little things ppl dont think about.. He makes it look too easy, thats the problem.

It's not about dismissing facts/data.

It's about acknowledging there's more to the story. This is how most people, especially ninjas talk about sports.:what:
Whats "more to the story" than the facts?

This section is certainly not a good example of how "ninjas" talk sports because half you geeks/nerds wouldn't have the heart to speak out in a room full of grown black men. This trolling shyt y'all run would get your asses whipped.

It's quite sad that the NBA has let LeBron James score all these points with a garbage shot chart like this.

He's a Shaq, Wilt type of player. He's not a skillful scorer but he is a scorer. :yeshrug:

You just described a diversified scoring attack :laff: and completely left out the low and midpost components of his game

You bringing up his field goal attempt distance shows that when you think scorer you’re thinking of a voluminous jumpshooter, the guys who make their bread and butter in the midrange. It’s an aesthetic thing first and foremost.

Thanks for admitting to trolling
If that's diversified I don't know what you'd call KD's game. :francis:

I left out his low and midpost "components" because they are embarrassing in comparison to every other player we've mentioned in this thread. Let's not go down that hole for LeBron's sake.
