Alot of dudes lack that confidence. It's not a cut and dry affair if you don't have that.
It varies...some lack confidence, self-esteem, some just don't have much going on with themselves but want women who do, some lack the conversation and social skills, some may just don't have the attraction to pull women they desire, some may be scared to approach due to fear of rejection, some may don't want to lower their standards, some may be broke, some may be cheap as fuk and don't want to spend no money, etc.
