Why hasn’t the south created any fashion trends that the rest of us black folks can enjoy?

IMMIGRANT TETHERS
Fam. I lived in NYC for years. And they have been on some fly shyt way before then. UK nikkas been taking cues from NYC not vice versa.

I'm talking lobby boys in Brooklyn and the BX rocking $700 Celine hoodies, Givenchy Sneakers, Saint Laurent, Rick Owens Geo Baskets, with the North Face on,

All the stuff you see NY posters talking about its been real like that.

yea southern urban fashion is legit horrible , especially outside of the large metro areas that have a lot of transplants to balance out the wild shyt
are southern brehs still rocking sponge bob tees with fruity loops colorways
Most cats that sway off style wise probably got finished doing time. Just stuck in a specific time period

Air Force Ones got revamped by Baltimore and Nike dedicated and credited Baltimore with the Air force one resurgence

This Nike SF Air Force 1 Mid was made to honor Baltimore. Known as the "For Baltimore" edition, they pay homage to 3 Baltimore stores that joined together and headed to Nike's headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon in 1984 to stop the Swoosh from discontinuing the now-classic model. Their determination combined love from Baltimore fans successfully convinced Nike to re-release the model, and the rest is history.

Did Baltimore start the trend of air forces?

ain't nobody in Cali or westcoast rocking Timbs (except for fresh off the boat africans who don't know any better)

LA nikkas are more into Purple brand then Amiri.
