Yeah I agree with that culture part but for,the most part that's just "American" culture not specifically black culture. For AA "black" culture in America is just a branch off the tree of American culture cause that's what we mainly know. There are differences of course but the avg person white, black, Asian, Hispanic, etc has similar American culture (speaking on those raised just/predominately here) IMO as a shared thing. The differences come depending on how you are raised in my experience on that issue.

It's specifically black american culture because we have been segregated in America.

We were never embraced in America so it's basically white America culture and black America culture.

America for the most part is multicultural.
