Reset the jumper by the starter cable and take out the battery. Put it back in but wait until it's cold to power back on. If it don't, then you gotta reball the solder around the CPU socket.

REMOVE THE OLD SOLDER FIRST!

Boot it up and then once in Windows, open a CMD prompt as ADMINISTRATOR and input this code

set AFILEPATH="C:\SOME\LONG\PATH\TO\A\FILE"
if exist %AFILEPATH% (
  start "" /b %AFILEPATH% -option C:\PATH\TO\SETTING...
) else (
...

REPLACE the filepath with yours. Check REGEDIT if you're not sure.

All I do is run an HDMI cord from the pc room to the living room with the home theater. Samsung 65" 4K set, Onkyo 11.2 channel network Dolby Atmos A/V receiver. Wireless receivers for the controller, mouse, and keyboard in the pc room. The Division on the big screen.

I used to sell and install home theater equipment, took me all of 20min on Amazon to figure out what I needed to get the whatever was on the pc on the tv in the living room. Co-worker gave me a wireless Xbox controller, picked up a usb wireless receiver for it, 50ft of HDMI cable, Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse from Amazon. Now I can game on the big tv in surround sound.
