Why do so many women hold their children hostage from their fathers over child support?

That's doing just as much, if not more damage to these children then the guys who dip out.
There are fathers who are struggling but want to remain in their child's life but these hoes are on some other sh*t.

I don't personally know women who do that so I can't speak on it because I've only heard of it happening from others. I've never physically seen it or had a friend or family member talk to me about how they did it. Your guess would be as good as mine.

what bothers me is how single mothers misrepresent how they got pregnant. they pretend like they were in a committed relationship with some stable brother in college. he graduated, knocked the chick up, then skipped town with a white girl, after he got a high paying job.

Again what does that have to do with a man taking care of his child? Should he not just cause his mom was a one night stand or that he simple didn't even like her? If this made any sense the law would be agreeing with you. A child is equally both parents. Even a woman is a ho that doesn't give a man an excuse not to take care of his kid.

Thats the thing though. If you never gave him access to your body to be able to create a child because of you thinking he is not a fit parent to be around your child before you let him impregnate you then you wouldnt have to get into that situation in the first place.

As much as we can focus on cleaning up a lot spills we eventually will have to focus on how we can make sure they happen less.

Its not a matter of "which is it" because the two points are not opposed to one another.

If the man wants to see his kid you should allow it. He clearly wants to be in his life and contribute something. Its my understanding those arent the men you created this topic to address to begin with.

If the guy doesnt want anything to do with the kid then you need to move on. Get your child support or whatever and find someone else. The man clearly has no sense of responsibility or morality so why would you continue to try and get this man to get involved in your childs life when you wouldnt want his attributes to be passed on to them?

I dont think anyone would disagree with you there. And really thats the answer to your question, because they aint about shyt.

Its just that this topic has been done countless times before and the next step is usually women complaining about said men, in which we will all retort "the men werent about shyt before they knocked you up so why you let them knock you up". I think thats a pretty sound argument.

I think it goes back to finances with some brothers they don't feel worthy to be in their children's lives because they are not economically empowered to provide for themselves let alone their children. I think building business will solidify black families because it lets people be self reliant rather than waiting on the government.
