You was right. I always looked at cheating as kipping and swinging. I was basically cheating at the top with my forearms and wrist that put strain on my elbow. I did them how he said(I didn’t use the strap) and now I can only do 5 straight now but it feels better and no hint of elbow pain.
Nice looking out I was wrong ass hell.
