Why do people hardly do pullups or dips

I just started doing chest dips at the gym about two weeks ago. I already notice the difference in my chest muscles shyt is intense definitely planning on adding pull-ups to my regimen within the next month.

Just added 100 pull ups to my workouts

first two days were hell. 2nd day it took me an hour and I was doing 100 in spurts of five.

took forever but I got it done.

Can still chin 100+ from a dead hang. :ehh:

The chin belt tears holes through my shirt though. :francis:

sometimes i just jump on my at home bar and do 20 just to feel it in my lats

a nice feeling doing chins :whew:

I’m back to my pre March numbers on both after a month a some change. My first time doing them was a damn struggle, but I’ve been adding more and more reps on my sets each time. I was so damn sore the first few days tho, could barely move my arm. I got concerned a little bit, never felt soreness like that before. But shyt is all good now.

I’ve done at least a hundred now everyday for like 4 or 5 months

can do ten one handed pull ups no problem

push ups are so much easier don’t even fukk worth regular ones anymore.

I got this 10 min ab routine that’s been fukking awesome

in a months I got those lines on the side and tone as fukk


That one still is challenging As hell
