At least Sony allowing you to kiss your old games goodbye before upgrading.
Sony should know better. Can’t find their new hardware in the store but want to buy it and still want to play their new releases? You gotta buy deluxe editions more than the marked up PS5 version as a tax for that. That’s some Nintendo level customer base exploitation. At least Sony allowing you to kiss your old games goodbye before upgrading.
That’s gangsta.Sony is arrogant as fukk
my dad used to work with Sony during their real $$$$$ days
he said in their elevator they have the up button, the down button, and then sideways buttons pointing left and right.
why? because sony can go anywhere

Players who purchased Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, or Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End & Uncharted: The Lost Legacy Digital Bundle have the option to pay $10/€10 to upgrade to Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Digital Version. The upgrade will be available starting at launch on January 28, 2022.
And mind you this is for a minimal upgrade to the game. You get 4K native at 30fps, fake 4K at 60fps, and 1080p 120fps, faster load times, and Spatial audio.PlayStation Plus members who claimed Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End via their PlayStation Plus subscription are not eligible for the $10/€10 digital PS5 upgrade.
The one way this works out is if you bought either Uncharted 4 or The Lost Legacy and not the other. You'll get the other for the $10 but if you bought both you're paying $10 for a very basic patch that many publishers will just give you for free.Paystation
