Kevin has always been in good shape, even back to "Paper Soldiers". If he was muscular 12 years ago, and continued to lift of course he should be doing 225 with no problem.

I've had some physical issues recently, but was doing 10 reps of 205 on the regular a couple years ago. Never knew what my max was.

For his stature thats impressive. :leon:

BTW yes I can lift 225, but I'm also much taller that him
taller people have more trouble with this shyt though. longer arms, more distance being travelled, plus the arms will just be more wobbly lol
most short dudes i know kill bench like its nothing. i think its more a matter of weight though

It's still arbitrary though. When was the last time you needed to forge a spear, or build a fort out of sticks.

And truthfully both of those things are way more impressive than benching 225
Shiiiiiiit :dahell: I built a fort a few weeks ago, breh. Almost ran out Legos too :whew: Doing grown man shyt, my man.

Actually it's the opposite. Impressive for sure. I got long ass arms and am over 6ft tall.

Longer arms = more distance for the bar to travel. Which means there's a larger sticking point. Still Kev is maxing at least 225 x 5 so I'm thinking he's maxing about 260
