Its just two plates 225 is pretty much the benchmark for any male who takes the gym seriously. Its the "yes, i really work out" weight. He lifts more than most men because *gasp* Most men don't lift.

Arm length definitely plays a part.Hitting reps @ 225 is the line where people know you lift on the regular.
I'm and I can STILL hit a few reps at 225 easy. When I was in college I was hitting 225 (4 sets @ 10 reps).
Also, for a short man like Kevin it's easier for you to lift weights.
