The 215
I know when i start to care more about bench i'll try to get around 235 or so
What I mean is if you can do 205-225 you shouldn't only be working with 135 because your scarred of something happening. You should be able to do 185 at least with no worries at all.

The Truth
A lot of cats exposing themselves by thinking shyt like this is ducktales

If you go to the gym you should be able to lift your bodyweight.. ATLEAST once no matter your height. For Kevin Harts height/weight, repping 225 was impressive.

As a grown ass man, you should be able to do ATLEAST 50 pushups. No excuses unless you're completely obese, injured, or just out of shape anyway. If that's the case then it's something to strive for. 50 push-ups is low level military shyt

And in my opinion, as a grown man you should be able to hit 10 pull-ups as well but we all know that ain't going to happen with most ppl...

So basically, if you're a small guy like Kevin and you repping 225 for even a couple reps then that's a lot more impressive than a bigger guy doing the same. Excuses aren't going to change that
