The old 80s and 90s anime was the best..the apocaplyic neo Tokyo world..fools getting fukked..I loved the playful comedy of the 90s TV series of anime

Everything is the 80s was dark. Even American cartoons. 80s Anime was very realistic and had dark/ twisted undertones. Back then Japan's economy was kinda bad so maybe that had affect on anime.

That article is just nonsense.

The real Japanese "default" was seen in their traditional art. What they have now is some overly europeanized depiction of themselves.

Blond hair and blue eyes are not native japanese features. It is native features to many white people.

That japanese person had to get blue contacts and dye his hair blond. Many white people naturally have those features therefore he resembles them more.
