kobe admitted himself that manu was one of the toughest players he had to guard, kobe is also sitting at home with his daughters right now :rudy:

You say this like the Spurs are the ones that knocked him out.

And no way B-Roy was better than Melo.

Melo was the second youngest player to score 30 (after Bean). Won two division titles in Denver. Went to the playoffs every year from '04 to '10. Probably the most complete offensive player in the game after Kobe, maybe even better 'cause he actually has a better body for the post game.

Only legit knock against Mel is his defense, and when inspired he can play that.

Y'all treating BRoy like a legend out here. shyt. If Lin never plays another minute we might see some, "Rondo or Lin??" threads.

Melo isn't lazy . Unless you think he should put up 33/8/7?? Making him the consensus MVP rest of his career . Plus you moving the finish line ... His stats say melo is better you trying to use intangibles as a definition of being better. Not to mention this is a stupid thread , who's better ? Clearly melo you have nothin to base your opinion on other than Kobe struggled to guard him . Lebron has trouble with melo and career wise melo usually beats Lebron .

melo is the second best passing SF after bron buts hes not a pg .people saying a guard is a better playmaker than a scoring sf?Shouldnt he be ? This whole thread is just melo and knick haters coming out to play. Melo is in shape maybe not as ripped as bron but melo plays a different kind of nonflopping ball and he wears a flak jacket under his jersey

Roy is this generations penny hardaway. Good player? Yes, but because of injuries overrated to a level he does not belong. Does this thread surprise me? Not really, I have had back and forths with people who actually put Penny on Goat lists "Pre-Injury" its going to be the same thing for Roy.

Sent from my Lumia 900 using Board Express

Penny and T- Mac actually were 1st team all nba selections meaning at one point thieir career they were one of if not the top player at their position. So even if they reaching when folks put those two with more accomplished players, at least they got facts to back it up with.

B Roy on the other hand has never been that good so its crazy to me that you compare him to player who proven he is a top player in this league like Melo.
