I can do 315x2 not really big into the flat bench....But I'd like to know how much you bros are overhead pressing it's a lot of value lost in not doing that exercise.

At my age trying to hit PRs does more harm than good. I've been working out for 20 years, if it hasn't happened yet, it probably wont.
Instead I focus on benchmark numbers

Dont have a squat number, I just want to do a back squat with good form
I dont do 5 days a week anymore. I also dont stress missing a workout.
Bench Press is overrated. I don't do it. I mainly stick with the weight machines.
