in the last year my squat and dead have made pretty big gains, im at 335 lbs squat and 405 dead @ 160 lbs bodyweight. but my bench never improves
i have long ass arms and maxed out last week at 215 lbs. and my shoulder press never improves either, been stuck at 145 max for like 8 months
honestly i like training my lower body way more than upper body, makes me feel like a monster after repping out heavy deads and im also exhausted and mad hungry afterwards. it feels like i actually put in work, and i don't get that feeling with bench. like i can go and hoop for 2 hours after maxing out my bench with no issues.
