I have a one rep max of 400 on the squat. It took me many years to get there drug free because I'm tall and the squat is my struggle lift. I'll take it and I'm proud of it.
Breh help me.

Im 6'7 and I'm at 5x5 310lbs, this shyt is starting to kill my knees, how do keep improving without stiff knee pain.

I'm 6`3,and honestly I'm happy where I am. Took over 10 years to hit that number on the squat. Unless you want to hurt yourself for personal records, find a number you are happy with. I'm not going into the league so there is no need for me to go higher. I just increase my volume work.

My goal is to have a 300-pound bench by the end of the year. Right now just over 200 lb bench pressing 260 Max:mjcry:


I really want to get to that 400 plus level in the bench press game


260 isn't bad for a regular dude. I find volume work on days when you aren't lifting heavy to help me a lot. I don't over eat either. For

What’s your max on shoulder press?

Unfortunately the dead just doesn't work for me due to reasons out of my control. I really shouldn't even dead anyway but I'm hard-headed and do it anyway.


I usually 3x225 on shoulder press standing. I can do do 5x225 shoulder press seated. I feel no need to go higher in weight for coming sense purpose.

I just got up to being able to do 165 comfortably.


I’m just trying to do my body weight breh.


I’ll let my adrenaline and need to survive to move 300lbs. :skip:
