It becomes appropriation when you dont respect the people who created the culture, or the culture itself.

So as long as you show respect it's all good
Can a American born Non AA black appropriate?
Will you respect one in leadership position (farrakhan)?

All bullshyt aside, it would make it easier to police our "race" if we all belonged to smaller tribes or sections. It would also help to build a sense of community. Naturally, the animosity towards other tribes would increase but we could be peaceful.

Hell yeah they can! And alot of them do, Being black doesnt entitle you to the AA experience or identity.
Farakhan gets our respect because he respects us our people our stuggle and pays homage to Elijah Muhammad who is AA.

whats yall opinion on Malcolm X, Louis Farrakhan, Stokely Carmichael/Kwame TOure?
You do know Malcolm X was half AA and didnt grow up in caribbean culture right?
And that he was mentored by an AA right?

he was raised more by his Caribbean born mother and a cac family than his father
and according to the Coli, since his mother is Grenadian he can never be AA

I never said he was AA but is sure as hell more American than carobbean and hes on record stating this.
How does a half create a whole?
Caribbean Americans weren't as socially relevent as they are to day and the ones from that era assimilated to AA culture.
He never even visited the caribbean.

Depends on culture and upbringing.
Not the same as me but i do consider them apart of our community.
