Asking how after 9 pages of dialougue is simply BS. We have gone threw in detail what the problem is.
To sum it up Respect AA identity.
Stop using us for a catch all for all black people or a stepping stone.
Stop asking us to speak for the entire diaspora then claiming we think we're the default Black people.
Accept the fact that we have issues at home that need to be addressed.

Depends on the circumstances but in this instance i consider Em the appropriator given his distaste for Black people. Even though Em isnt AA i think his relationship with the Black community is similar to a suburban Black person.
