With how hyped Americans get over Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Indian, Southern Black American, etc. food, she's gonna have a real hard time with the whole "the late are racist" argument.
It's two issues keeping African food at the bottom of the polls:
1. America likes to Americanize the food they like from other cultures - like pizza and general tso's chicken. But African food was so deeply im ingrained in southern American culture that it looks plain American
2. Nigeria is too impoverished to have many great chefs implementing Michelin star versions of Nigerian food. Everyone just cooks it like your aunty in the village while you'll see a chef in Japan doing some crazy new shyt on the regular.
