They've been mad since slavery was ended.
They hate equality, the hate not being clearly labelled as the supreme race.
They hate when you have fun, they hate when you have what they have. They prefer exclusivity and special treatment.

The vast majority of cacs crying about DEI are mid at best. Most aren't even qualified to be complaining about the DEI hires (majority white women by the way) whose jobs they think they deserve.

A lot of White people don't want to accept that they are where they are at, because of their own actions. They don't want to believe that they were helped by the government and that Black people are where they are because government purposely held Black people back. In their souls your average White person desperately fears what would happen if Black people were put on an even playing field with them, because they see what happens in stuff like sports, entertainment and in other areas when Black people got put on a level playing field. That is why they elect a dysfunctional fool like Trump. He is in place to try to stop the progress of Black people, but all that he is going to do is accelerate the advancement of Black people and end up putting the White people that he is trying to help on the actual even footing with Black people that they didn't want. They are fighting against a Spirit. They are not fighting against flesh and bones and they is why they keep losing stuff like the Civil War, Segregation, etc.

Dropouts complaining about DEI when they don't even have the qualifications to get a phone call. Privilege is to have no education or experience calling a minority with 3 degrees and experience a DEI hire. Someone need to swing on these demons.
