I season the hell out of my food because I want to taste it. Intense aromas, a good marinade, fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection.
A (bougie) friend once said she does the opposite now and prefers the palette to be delicate with everything subtle and at the minimum.
To me these are the same kind of people that make a diluted juice drink with the barest drop of cordial whereas I want to feel it as the sugar kicks in:
On the flip I've seen white people start sneezing after sipping my remixed turbo coffee filled with all kinds of spices so get in where you fit in
