Which game is the best: Elden Ring vs Ragnorak vs Forbidden West?

Sony stans so butt hurt that they actually can't accept someone thinking a game is better as whole than there flagship title.

The funny thing is I literally said GOW is my personal choice as the best out the bunch but Elden ring is the clear overall winner.

If we're keeping it 100, one of the most well received games of all time, RDR2, was a goddamn slog to get through, and it remains the single greatest regret of my gaming career that I bought it digitally and couldn't trade it in. I would say it's a movie game but truth be told I tried watching a big titty pawg gamer on Twitch play through that game and I couldn't even make it past the snowstorm chapter.

I'm aware you hated that game too, but my point is that every game has something worth criticizing, let's not be overly critical just for the sake of this console war

I also strongly dislike RDR as a game and was vocal about it, of course this is never brought up because its not a Sony IP.
In the same breath it had one of the best gaming stories and a super memorable cast, and it was beautiful its true a work of art.. As a game though I didn't enjoy playing it at all.

See how you do bruh, I can't even respectfully be like it's just not for me and discredit the play time I have because its minimal... It's simple I don't like the gameplay mechanics of souls series. I don't even count the time I played as actual play time because it was that brief and it confirms what all my homies had been telling me anyway. The input delay which is in every souls game is back but even worse. So it got bushed quickly.

No need for me to spend hours in a game that's going to have combat and a overall feel that I do not like and haven't liked throughout the series. And I 0 percent care about the story.

I enjoyed watching my friends play, for almost a month straight it was discord streams of elden ring. Good stuff.

Then how do you know they overhauled the mechanics in Elden Ring? Since you never played all the way through, or any other Souls game either

Ive tried each souls games to different lengths never really getting to far in any before writing it off, In the case of elden ring I wasn't going to play it all, but after nights of discord and the homies having a blast I tried it on one of there accounts.
They already knew my hang ups about the series. But wanted me to give it a shot on some you might like it this time.

As far as the souls series goals I really don't like anything about it besides it being difficult, not the genre or story, back drop, control, gameplay world... nothing. It's really just not my cup of tea.

But I can def understand what makes it GOTY as a gaming experience for people that those things don't matter too.

I’m not being overly critical. I don’t think it’s wrong to say some games can be enjoyed by watching them

RDR2 was the most boring shyt I ever spent a lot of hours playing, but damn was it a masterpiece

I played TLOU1 so i was interested in the story, the gameplay just didn’t resonate with me in the first so i didn’t want to spend time/money on something i’m probably wouldn’t enjoy. TLOU2 took it to extreme sadness/gore porn levels and naw I’m just not into that at all

Theres nothing objective about what constitutes as “fun” for people, which is what this thread is about. It’s not titled “what is the general consensus goty” its which game did you like the best, which is as subjective as you can get.
