Hrm on watches aren't reliable. Like Samsung, Apple, fit bit.
Polar is a heart rate monitor company. That's what they do, the other companies do other shyt and are like "Oh yeah we can track heart rate too...might not be 100% accurate but it's a cool *feature"
Polar is a heart rate monitor company, that's what they do, they do everything else secondary.
I use the h7 strap with my watch, I do have a cycling computer but my newer watch has more features than the older cycling cpu.
If you get the strap which can be got used on ebay, for like $25, you can use Polar beat (the app which I screenshotted) for workouts and you can use polar flow to track and manage your workouts for life. All free.
The h7 monitor with strap can be used with Samsung and apple and Google. They are all Bluetooth devices. The devices are good it's the programs that are either good or garbage.
Thanks, been researching the last few hours, I'm looking at the H7 or H10
Wat kind of watch do you have? I'm seeing that you can't connect the HRM to the Samsung watches, idk if that's right or not, I was under the assumption that if I connected the HRM to map my run, and then used my watch to start the work out, it would be tracking it live, but now I feel like it only does that if I start the work out on my phone after HRM is connected? Which defeats the purpose of the watch to me
