Thank you, I owe u rep wen I can

Ill do some research myself then, I wanna balance my weight loss with my body building and don't want either to interfere with each other while at the same time getting the max out of both

:salute:strong ride breh.

I'm not a fan of Gatorskins tho. Ride them for a while then cop some GP4000s. Your average speed will probably go up 2 mph fr.

Monday I'm going to try to get my century in.

It's supposed to be nice Friday, Saturday. Sunday and Monday.

So hopefully the trail is dried up. Weather is going to be gorgeous. My goal is well within my reach, it's just about getting it done. I could've done it the other day but that soaked shoe thing fukked me up, because of the flooded trail it was closed in some parts so I had to make unexpected detours.

I have a significantly smaller area mapped out that isn't prone to flooding nor when I get out there should it be closed at any points unexpectedly.

:obama:Try to drink a gallon of water a day, eat plenty of carbs. Take snacks or plan to make some food stops.

I tried to get a solo century in Sunday but I pushed too hard the first 50 miles. I just put a power meter on my bike to help me pace better.

It's happened to me multiple times. Not only GPS but working out. I'll pause to get water or piss l, jump right back in....:damn:

Also the Giro de Italia is on now. It's the big race before the tour de France. And for some reason there's 0 coverage of it in the states but plenty of free places to watch online.

I called samsung and they couldn't tell me shyt on how to fix it, I figured it out myself, you gotta have ur GPS set to High accuracy, after that the GPS always turns back on after pausing

I recently switched from FuboTV to Hulu Live :francis:

FuboTV carried the Giro de italia, the CA tour ends in Pasadena tomorrow, about 15miles away from me, I might check it out and see if they got other shyt goin on

My dad put me on to the Ruoibioux or however u spell it, I watched the highlights of the recent one, there were crashes left n right, looked like a destruction derby for the first half :skip:

Yeah, my polar watch does it all. I'm considering getting the GPS console but my watch is literally what the GPS console is just attached to my wrist and not my bike. I just like new things.

If it ends near your they probably are selling gear. It'd be sweet to have some jerseys or shirts or really any official gear.

Me and my coworker were watching it. It was pretty wild.

I don't usually even count rides like this, but work is work. My body is exhausted from running 6.2 miles a day and riding long distances, plus 100 pushups, squats and situps.

It was too nice to just sleep the day away so I rode the path I usually run.

Do you use a chest strap monitor?

I found the Polar FT4 heart rate monitor my pops gave my a few years ago, never bothered to use it

Ppl say the HRM on smart watches aren't all that accurate, I'mma use this chest strap but put the watch it comes with on my handle bars, only thing that sucks is u can't export the data onto anything, now I'm looking for a chest strap monitor that's compatible with the S health app or map my run app, any suggestions?:manny:

Hrm on watches aren't reliable. Like Samsung, Apple, fit bit.

Polar is a heart rate monitor company. That's what they do, the other companies do other shyt and are like "Oh yeah we can track heart rate too...might not be 100% accurate but it's a cool *feature"

Polar is a heart rate monitor company, that's what they do, they do everything else secondary.

I use the h7 strap with my watch, I do have a cycling computer but my newer watch has more features than the older cycling cpu.

If you get the strap which can be got used on ebay, for like $25, you can use Polar beat (the app which I screenshotted) for workouts and you can use polar flow to track and manage your workouts for life. All free.

The h7 monitor with strap can be used with Samsung and apple and Google. They are all Bluetooth devices. The devices are good it's the programs that are either good or garbage.
