you should ignore her if she is using her negative mood or behavior to seek attention from you. If you give her attention when she is being that way, you are teaching her that acting that way will get her attention from you.

also, ignoring her when she's doing bad is only half the equation. You should also reward her with positive attention when she makes a genuine effort to express herself and what's wrong.

I know she works a lot and when she gets home she deals with her grandmother who she doesnt get along with, her mother is sick, she's the only one who works, her ratchet cousin causes trouble in the house, and friday they cut her hours hard. Thats why I think she's doing this but she says NO.
