My one rep max is exactly 295. I've never been able to add that third plate.

For me it would have been the same. I've had the same one rep max for damn near one year. I think I might just start focusing on unilateral movements and see if that helpsI wonder what this thread woulda looked like without rona this year.

That reminds me last summer when I was working out some dudes asked me how much I weighed I was like 165lbs when I told them they hit the “We thought you was 185-190lbs” for some reason I put on dense muscle so I always look heavier than what I really amAt 5'7" you should be 200-205, so says the Book of Gains.

I have horrible proportions for benching tho, super long arms, rotator cuff structure
