My one rep max is exactly 295. I've never been able to add that third plate:francis:.
My Deadlift is my strongest lift (495)
My squat is 405

I had a decent amount of muscle on me I wasn’t crazy huge though. I didn’t wanna look like a mini fridge walking around. One of the downfalls of being shortgang is you got to find the perfect balance between being too frail or too big

Every time I bulked up during the winter I looked like a lego movie character I didn’t like that look but don’t get it twisted even after leaning out when people saw me it was oblivious I put heavy work in at the gym

At 5'7" you should be 200-205, so says the Book of Gains. :blessed:

That reminds me last summer when I was working out some dudes asked me how much I weighed I was like 165lbs when I told them they hit the :mindblown: “We thought you was 185-190lbs” for some reason I put on dense muscle so I always look heavier than what I really am
