seeing her there crying with everything she owned all strewn about, I felt pity for her..

2010 was my Simping year to a T ( I was a junior in high school at this time). Here's one the more memorable ones (to me at least).
1. High School Girlfriend starts dating a football player from another school two weeks after we broke up (I was baffled how can she move on so fast)but she says she's moved on and she's meeting him at the park soon...I tell her I'll escort her to her park date. I did it because my dumb-ass female friend infected my head with titanic-esque BS and told me she'll run back to me on Rose shyt if I poured my heart out. (I lost my virginity to this girl so the attachment was strong AF). I walk her to the park and we're chilling at the park bench. At first, he's a no show, she gets upset so I try to
only to get shot down and a half an hour later this Ray Lewis built dude walks to our direction and she gets a fukking twinkle in her eye.
She tells me goodbye and runs off with him and I walk home in absolute defeat. I shaped up really quick after that humiliation.

I don't know your age, but I'm guessing you're older? A lot of these younger males haven't been "simps". The music younger people of both genders have been listening to for a while now has been so "fck love, fck these nggas, fck these btches" and "we only fcking/fwb, we're not making love" that it has really influenced them and that is actually what they follow. A lot of young 20somethings of both genders have lots of sex partners, but have never been in a relationship. So it isn't surprising for them not to have "simp" stories.
Put it this way I remember the 90's as a young boy / young man so yeah old man reporting. Still, I don't believe it ... when a woman grabs your heart you are likely to do what she says unless you really know better. But if they have never had a girlfriend or never really wanted a girl that they couldn't get badly then ... welp what can I say ...
Plus don't act like females don't ask for money from guys even now (TODAY) ... and it is given ...

(lord knows the things she had to do)
she really didn't have anyone, i tried to encourage her to go to school, get a job, etc.. but she just ended up getting into drugs and thirst trapping. people with bad upbringings aren't necesarilly humbled by it.. so lesson learned
