I told you want the successful black men I KNOW want. You do have an agenda. Phenomenal women one come in shades of non-black. That's your message. You want to juxtapose perfect non black women against the worse stereotypes associated with black women as a whole.

I never said there are no phenomenal Black women. That's not my message at all. I'm simply saying that young, Black men in high-paying corporate jobs are surrounded by great women from a variety of backgrounds and rarely see Black women. He has to make a conscious effort to find Black women.

Most don't have time for that and simply go for what they have around, which are non-Black women.

Obviously there are more than ten. But, studies don't show Black men are being underrepresented for shock value. The number of Black male doctors produced each year is tiny. So, I'm not sure where women expect to find all these dudes!

It's the same for Black engineers, investment bankers, lawyers. Black men are virtually absent at most top MBA programs, for example.

So how does that refute my post stated that I KNOW plenty of black doctors and successful guys looking for, dating, and marrying black women? I spoke about what I KNOW and what I see.

Just like in your experience, successful black men don't like black women and that phenomenal women only come in non black bodies.

I never said phenomenal women only come in non-Black bodies! That's something you're running with. I said I deal with phenomenal women from other ethnic groups, routinely.

Most young Black men who make real money and pursue certain types of careers have the same experience. Over time, his tastes in women evolve. It just is what it is, brehette.

Also, it is quite easy to find those black men in DC and Houston are largely interested in black women. Those are Black Meccas. California and NY are their own beasts because black men and women aren't very interested in dating each very much there anyway, especially based on my personal experience with California.

That's because those men have basically only Black women to choose from in those predominately Black cities.

Put top-notch Black man in the Cali, NYC, Miami, etc. There's a lot more variety in terms of phenomenal women of all ethnic backgrounds.

I'm a phd student at an Ivy League school. In the past I was a teacher and still met and dated qualityish professional men (which isn't rare in Atlanta where I taught)

Which Ivy? I'm gonna guess Columbia.

*Looks down upon you* :scust:

How many black doctors do you really think come into the industry per year. Do you honestly think its over 400?

As far as I know, the average number of black graduates per year is about 900-1100. Assuming that about 30% of those are men, I would say about 300-350 per year. All of this is conjecture because I don't have exact numbers.

So basically its not outlandish to think there are 2000-3000 Black males every year that enter the dating world making 100k. None of these women are going to get these guys honestly :yeshrug:

To have someone like you encourage it is irresponsible

Its always amazed me when some successful women would brag about their accomplishments and question why some men wasn't doing all that they could to go after them.

What some women fail to realize is most men are simple.
We want a woman we're physically attracted to
a woman we can stand being around or enjoy talking to about subjects not pertaining to things they only enjoy
a woman that can cook and wants to cook for her man
a woman that is willing to sexually please her man with no complaints

all that other stuff you think is important is what you judge a man off of not how men judge women off of.

@KenyaDoll , on your Ivy League campus, how many Black men do you see?

Of those Black men, how men are African American?

That's really had to count because I don't count how many black people I see. I see them everyday in every location I walk on campus. When we did a photo in support of Mike Brown there were a lot but they were only the undergrads.

Also, I can't look at black people and differentiate ethnicity based on phenotype alone, but please don't attempt to stereotype African Americans without backing it up with stats.

Of the black men I've met and started to get to know (that come to black functions), most are American but I'm basing that on last name. The majority of the women I've met have been African though.
