Thank God I am surrounded by ELITE educated, intelligent, well-mannered and well paid black men who AREN'T c00ns and who don't work their hardest to try to perpetuate negative stereotypes of black women.

Better snatch one up because once people start working jobs, you'll see them less and less

It's a lot easier for us to find a nice, beautiful woman with a good personality than it is for you to find a $100,000 a year baller. But good luck.

I'm dating a doctor right now and he has plenty of black doctor friends who want, are dating, or are recently married to black women.

I've NEVER had an issue finding quality black men even when I was in the workforce.

They fail to realize if a black man is making this kind of money, he rarely ever sees any black women on a daily basis

Breh, there are multiple Indian/Persian women who work with me who are holding down the entire family until their husbands get shyt figured out. That H1-B shyt is crazy the way it limits spouses ability to find work. Those women don't complain. They work hard 9-5, go home and cook, do wife shyt and call it a night. That's what you call a loyal woman. Some of those chicks are even paying for their husbands to get graduate degrees.

They know their husbands will eventually land something and make major bread.

It's that type of commitment to family that any man would value in a potential wife. These women are making major money and are fine as hell. They aren't looking down on their husbands. They understand their roles as wives.

That's why I'm not hearing that "I need a man to make X amount" so I can maintain a certain lifestyle shyt. As a man who makes a shytload of money, I've been around women who make money and are the total package.

I'm not just settling for some chick on search for a come up at my expense. Give me one of those ride-or-die foreign chicks if push comes to shove. :manny:

Who said anything about hair-hatted, can't cook women? I thought we were talking about "phenomenal" women. I didn't say HE would have a negative view of black women, I said YOU do. For more than a few posts you keep trying to hype up women from other races. You have an agenda buddy.

Again, you can try to perpetuate the stereotype that there are no black women who are feminine, wear their real hair, college educated, and make good money (and that this only happens among non black women) but it's not true.

I don't have an agenda. I'm just telling you how most Black men feel. Successful Black women don't want to hear what successful Black men want, but consistently tell us what they want!

I'm a phd student at an Ivy League school. In the past I was a teacher and still met and dated qualityish professional men (which isn't rare in Atlanta where I taught)

How many black doctors do you really think come into the industry per year. Do you honestly think its over 400?

No, but I know some of them too. It's not like there are only ten black men coming in and going of medical school each year. He has a fairly large clique from his school alone (predominantly white). His current residency location only has 2 or 3, but they are not the entirety of his network.

Most young Black men, unless they are entrepreneurs or connected to the music industry there, aren't making $100K.

Young Black men making $100K in the US are in DC, NYC, Silicon Valley, Houston, etc. They are tied to the defense, finance, tech and petroleum industries.

I told you want the successful black men I KNOW want. You do have an agenda. Phenomenal women one come in shades of non-black. That's your message. You want to juxtapose perfect non black women against the worse stereotypes associated with black women as a whole.

Obviously there are more than ten. But, studies don't show Black men are being underrepresented for shock value. The number of Black male doctors produced each year is tiny. So, I'm not sure where women expect to find all these dudes!

It's the same for Black engineers, investment bankers, lawyers. Black men are virtually absent at most top MBA programs, for example.

Where did I say the majority of young black men are making 100K? Please find that post for me.

Also, it is quite easy to find those black men in DC and Houston are largely interested in black women. Those are Black Meccas. California and NY are their own beasts because black men and women aren't very interested in dating each very much there anyway, especially based on my personal experience with California.
