I just wanna know, where are all the average men and women at? Everyone's such a fukking narcissist these days. With this fake ass, social media, reality tv, celebrity culture we have. Every girl wants to be a Disney princess, and every man wants to be a rapper.

what the hell is so wrong with being average? this is why our families are falling apart, coz we're all full of shyt. :mjcry:
America leads the world in self esteem.
And lags behind in everything else.

Ehhhh. I don't know about that.

I think it's fair that if the man is making all the money, the woman does all the work in the household. But, a lot of women (including myself) would like to do something more stimulating than just stay at home. Therefore, if we are also contributing equally to the household income, it's unfair to hold us accountable for 100% of the housework as well.

Relationships are more balanced now rather than 100% one way or another.

That implies Husband Money + Wife Money = Family Money.

Most women aren't hearing that. They still want Husband Money = Family Money and Wife Money = Wife Money.

Yeah but majority of these african american males arent married at all. You are using a stat that is talking about .05 percent of black males, thats less than 1%, yall are not being realistic at all. Plus I can safely assume most black males that get to 100k are in their 40's well after marrying age

Most Black males making $100K are in their late 30s-early 50s. Most of those men are already married by then to a women who built with them or are living the playboy lifestyle. They aren't trying to marry some chick lookin' for a come up. They married when they weren't making $100K to women who wanted to build with them.

Vast majority of younger Black men (<35) aren't making anywhere near $100K. 80% are making less than $50K! Same applies to Black women. Women who want men who earn top money should peep one of those men making $50-60K, in his 20s, and build with him. He will eventually get to $100K, depending on his career.

Problem is most of these "I need a $X man" women don't want to build with a man. They want the finished product. They want someone like me (who hasn't made less than $100K since my mid-20s). Or they want the brotha on Wall Street. Or the physician. Problem is most of those younger Black men, due to their career and educational paths, have been surrounded by phenomenal women from other ethnic groups for years.

What are some of these Black women bringing to the table to win such a Black man over? Other than being Black, of course? Older Black men making $100K are typically married to Black women because they married long before they were making $100K. But, younger Black men making that type of money have a buffet of options. There has to be more brought to the table by Black women making all these demands.

bullshyt.

Most people want to come here...
Studies have shown that Americans think more highly of themselves than people of other countries.

That America lags behind in math, science, income equality, healthcare, and a ton of other things is a fact, breh.

As if phenomenal women only come from other ethnic groups and that ones don't exist. All of your posts speak to your overall negative views of black women versus your positive views that you have of other ethnic groups in the same settings.

What's funny is that you probably expect "phenomenal" black women to settle but black men in the same position deserve the world.

Most black women usually bring nothing of substance to a relationship.
About time a spade is called a spade.

I never said that. Young Black men making that type of money don't come into contact with young Black women in the workplace.

Take a young, Black computer scientist or investment banker. He may be working at Google or Microsoft in Silicon Valley or Seattle or on Wall Street in NYC. He makes $130K. His young, female co-workers are not Black women. They're cac women, Indian, Persian, Korean, etc. He comes to find many of those women attractive and they show him love, too. I wouldn't consider him to have a negative view of Black women if he begins to use those women as a measuring stick for the woman he ultimately wants to marry.

It's hard to accept a woman with a hair-hat, can't cook, etc. when you've been around chicks who have real hair, can cook, are feminine and also make good money.

Black women just making good money isn't enough to snag one of these successful men.

They fail to realize if a black man is making this kind of money, he rarely ever sees any black women on a daily basis

It's great to be in the US, you're right. But there are things about this country that leave a lot to be desired.
With regards to people dying at the Mexican border...part of that is because the US does offer certain opportunities to people.
Another part is that the violence in Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala is insane. And if you want to live past next week, you probably have to risk that trek to the US.

Honduras, as in the entire country, has the highest murder rate in the world at 90.4 per 100,000 residents.
That's almost double the #2 country: Venezuela

Who said anything about hair-hatted, can't cook women? I thought we were talking about "phenomenal" women. I didn't say HE would have a negative view of black women, I said YOU do. For more than a few posts you keep trying to hype up women from other races. You have an agenda buddy.

Again, you can try to perpetuate the stereotype that there are no black women who are feminine, wear their real hair, college educated, and make good money (and that this only happens among non black women) but it's not true.
