Theres a scene in Madonna's Erotica music video where this little doll's eyes follow the viewer on the screen. Always freaked me out.

When I was 3 or 4, my mom would take me to the library after we dropped my older brother off at school. The kids section was always completely empty that time of day. There was a creepy horror book that I hated but I always kept reading it. It was a collection of a bunch of scary stories including one called "The Green Ribbon".
