I eat healthy food almost every day but i mix in bad shyt all the time. I am in the best shape of my life though and I am 37 so I can't complain. I have always been skinny but never great shape.If I eat breakfast I have some oatmeal,and I will add walnuts and raisins. Other than that a cup of coffee or tea is breakfast.
